Yes, we do. Due to labeling laws and guidelines, we cannot label menu items as “gluten-free”, since we are not a certified gluten-free kitchen. With the exception of the Spicy Garlic Green Beans, Hawaiian Mac Salad, and Soba Noodle Salad, all of our sides do NOT contain any gluten-containing ingredients. With the exception of the Chicken Katsu, Grilled Poke Patties, and Asian Quinoa Patties, NONE of the protein items have any gluten-containing ingredients. As we are not a dedicated gluten-free facility, there are also some cross-contamination issues (e.g., fryer oil, cutting board, etc.) If you have any questions, or severe allergies, please feel free to contact us or ask one of our staff members.
